Our working environments are now faster than ever.  This practical course is designed to help participants to reduce stress by understanding, managing and preventing stress -  allowing them to find solutions, use the tools available, perform at their own optimum level and to enjoy their work.

 

You will also learn how to relax quickly in any situation, keep your confidence and energy levels high and begin to achieve the work/home/life balance you want. 
 

Who should attend? 

Those who wish to better manage the pressures they face at work.  Those who wish to restore calm, clarity and concentration to their roles at work and their relationships in general.  It is also for those whose role is to help other identify and manage their stress.
